I agree that "transgender" needs a more precise legal definition in law to protect women with from predators and transgender women from bigotry and violence.

I can call myself transgender because I have been diagnosed by two psychologists, a psychiatrist, an endcronolgist, my health isurance provider, the entire GCS surgical team and my own lifelong , scathing self analysis and pain.
