Sharing Heart and Helping Survival

My grandmother was Ukrainian and my grandfather was Polish.

My mothers family lived on the lower eastside of Manhattan and my parents got married in a Polish Catholic church there. The culture was always around me. When Jewish friends talk about the family lost in the Holocaust, I share that my grandfather lost two brothers in the concentration camps. Like all of Europe, my family knew the dark evils of both Hitler and Stalin.

Putin is the latest model of evil.

We have all witnessed genocide and mass murder done for political reason. Sadly, it is only one of many excuses to destroy a people. Putin has chosen to reactivate the Russian empire in the name of “self-protection” and has chosen the annihilation of the Ukrainian people to achieve his goals.

I won’t spend time about the need to stop Russian aggression, it should be obvious, but I will share a series of YouTubes showing the spiritual will of the Ukrainian people and their supporters with their own voices in song.

You feel their soul without even knowing the words to their songs.

After decades of denial I finally answered the question “What’s wrong with me?” The answer is “Nothing”. I am transgender and I am OK.
